General conditions

The General Conditions (the “Conditions”) are a set of legal clauses defined by the owner of a website. They set out the conditions that govern the activities of visitors to the website and the relationships between the visitors themselves and the owner of the site.

The Conditions must be defined according to the nature and specific needs of each website. For example, the Terms of a website that offers products to customers through e-commerce transactions will be different from the Terms of a website that only provides information.

 

The Conditions offer the website owner the possibility to protect himself from possible legal disputes.
